Step 1: Gather Documents

First, we will make sure that we have all the necessary documents to register your Firm. These typically include a copy of your national identity card (NIC), a partnership deed, and an affidavit.

Step 2: Preparation of Documents

Form-I: We’ll Fill Form-I application form and make sure that you provide all the required information and that there are no errors.

Partnership Deed: Your partnership deed is a legal document that outlines the terms and conditions of your partnership. It will be prepared on stamp paper worth Rs. 1000/-.

Affidavit: We will need to prepare an affidavit that certifies the accuracy of your documents and the existence of your office. This will be done on stamp paper worth Rs. 5/-.

Step 3: Payment of Fees

We will then pay the registration fees at any National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) branch using a Challan Form under the Head of Account: C-03545.

Step 4: Submission of Documents

Once you have completed all of the necessary steps, we will visit the Citizen Facilitation Center in Islamabad to submit your application and all of your documents.

Step 5: Partner Appointment

After submitting your documents, Partners will be given a date and time for their physical appearance before the Registrar of Firms.
All partners and witnesses will need to attend the appointment with the Registrar of Firms and bring their original valid CNICs.

Step 6: Business Commencement

After the completion of the registration process, we will help you collect your AOP registration certificate from the concerned authority.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR Firm/AOP/PARTNERSHIP REGISTRATIONS

Documents required for registrations

To register a Firm in Pakistan, several documents attested by Notary Public are required.

  • Form-I

  • Partnership Deed on a Stamp Paper of Rs. 1000/-

  • Receipt regarding submission of Registration Fee in NBP

  • Affidavit on a Stamp Paper of Rs. 5/-

  • Copy of lease agreement / ownership of the office address alongside a copy of a utility bill (Office of the Firm should be in Commercial Area)

  • Copy of Computerized valid N.I.C of all the Partners and Witnesses.
